This is an engaging cluster of Herkimer Diamond quartz crystals. Three crystals grew together meshing into a single termination at one end. The three strong points, stretch up like a mountain range. Two of the tips are clean and sharp with good clarity. When the cluster lays on it's side, it is reminiscent of a hand or paw, see pictures below.
Internal anthraxolite and dolomite give the overall cluster a smoky appearance as seen in the picture below (the picture is a bit exaggerated).
The inclusions and healed fractures are both clear and cloudy. The rainbows in certain lighting, are spectacular. Overall, the crystal cluster is cloudy.
